We are aware that some users are still experiencing difficulties signing into PowerSchool SIS and are receiving a 401 Unauthorized error message. Our team is still actively working with PowerSchool to identify and resolve the issue.

In the meantime, if you are encountering this error, you may try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, which has helped some users regain access.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then attempt to sign in again.
