IT Services will be performing tests on the network and phone system tomorrow, October 31st, at 2:30pm.
This testing is to verify recent changes intended to resolve the issue we experienced yesterday, where inbound calls were not coming through.
We do not anticipate a full outage of phones or internet during this process; however, there may be a brief disruption. If you are on a call at that time, it could drop.

We are pleased to report that the Microsoft Azure service outage has been resolved. All affected systems, including Raptor, are now accessible, and inbound phone calls are functioning properly as well.
